Your data
- Read-only. Substrix connects through Intuit's official QuickBooks Online API and never creates, edits, or deletes anything in your books.
- Not stored. Your accounting data is read live each time you open the dashboard and discarded after the report is generated. We keep only your company's name and contact email so we can support you.
- Visible only to you. Your financial data appears only in your own session, on your own screen. Because it's never stored on our servers, there is nothing for anyone else — including us — to view.
- Not shared or sold. Your data is never sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
- Revocable instantly. Disconnect from inside Substrix or from your QuickBooks connected-apps settings — either way, access ends immediately. Full details in our privacy policy.
